i'd say prolonged scratching may indicate a problem, scratching while smiling is borderline indecent (lol...half joking)....i agree that the nanny state thing is getting out of hand...but the once in abundance common sense and consideration for other members of the public seems to be on the decline....

scratching your nuts in public may not get you arrested, but you CAN get busted for applying anti-crab ointment while riding on public transportation. --I speak from personal experience here.

As long as it's clear when someone is being indecent or perverted cos I don't want to get arrested for scratching me nuts - people talk about the nanny state and i think laws telling you where and when you can scratch is a bit far. Saying that, I've been to Italy and so have lots of girls I know, and at one point or another, they have been 'played with' at. Lets hope it doesn't spread to England, the dirty dirty bastards.

Ooooo i can't spoil it for you...see it on the big screen!! I am boycotting bootleg copies as i had two that didnt work and they refused to exchange them...ok, ok consumer rights don't exactly run to illegal activity but keep the consumer sweet and they will return.......

London is definitely a world city, isn't it?
I remember driving through on Christmas Day a couple of years ago and the streets were packed with people for whom it is just another day.
